HOW DO I BUY A GIFT CARD TO USE TODAY?
We offer two convenient ways to purchase a Gift Card today. A Gift Card may be purchased at any Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar location for any amount.
Digital Gift Cards may be purchased directly from our website. Simply fill out the information requested and send to any email address. You can personalize your Gift Card design with images, audio, mobile phone messaging and even post a notification on Facebook. Get your Digital Gift Card now.
CAN I PRINT A GIFT CARD FOR IMMEDIATE USE?
Absolutely. Our Digital Gift Cards make it easy to order and print immediately. Follow our order process and send your Digital Gift Card to any email address. Once you receive our email message, print out the Digital Gift Card and it can be taken into any Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar to redeem. Get your now.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY GIFT CARD?
Gift Card orders for physical cards that are received from our website will process and can take up to 48 hours to ship. There are several shipping options for your convenience ranging from standard mail to overnight delivery.
Digital Gift Cards can be processed and printed the same day. Get your Digital Gift Card now. While uncommon, it can take up to six hours to receive a Digital Gift Card.
CAN I MAIL A GIFT CARD TO ANOTHER PERSON?
Gift Card orders under $200 can be shipped to any United States address. Cards shipped via UPS cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box address.
DO GIFT CARDS EVER EXPIRE OR DECLINE IN VALUE?
Applebee's Gift Cards never expire, and they do not decrease in value.
CAN I USE A GIFT CARD TO PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?
Applebee's Gift Cards are not redeemable for other gift cards.
CAN GIFT CARDS BE PURCHASED OVER THE PHONE?
For your security, we do not accept Gift Card orders by phone. Gift Cards may be purchased through our secure website or at any Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I LOSE MY GIFT CARD?
Always protect your Gift Card as if it were cash. If you do lose your card, call us at . Please have your card number and the receipt available when calling.
I LIVE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. CAN I ORDER A GIFT CARD ONLINE?
While guests outside the United States and Canada cannot purchase gift cards online, they can be purchased by contacting our Gift Card department and filling out an order form. To receive an order form, please e-mail [email protected]. Please note: While these cards can be purchased by guests outside of the United States and Canada, they will only be able to be used in the United States or Canada.
VETERANS DAY FAQ
HOW CAN I RECEIVE MY FREE ENTRÉE ON VETERANS DAY?
It’s easy! Simply show proof of military service, such as a U.S. Uniform Services Identification Card, DDT214 Citation or Commendation, your U.S. Uniform Services Retired Identification Card, a Current Leave and Earnings Statement (LES) or your Veterans Organization Card (i.e., American Legion and VFW). Alternatively, provide a photograph of yourself in your military uniform — or, even better, come into your neighborhood Applebee’s wearing it and let us show our thanks for your service to our country!
I AM A CURRENT OR FORMER EMPLOYEE, HOW DO I …?
Please contact your general manager or franchise office’s main number/home office for assistance with any employment-related matters (e.g. payroll, W-2 forms, dates of employment, et cetera). Applebee’s does not employ any of the individuals working at franchised restaurants. Applebee’s restaurants are operated by independent franchisees, who are independent employers.

To apply at a location that is already open, please go online to our Careers page. For new locations that are not yet open, we recommend going to the location directly. Applebee’s does not hire or employ any of the individuals working at franchised restaurants. Applications will be routed to the appropriate independent franchisee.

MAKING AN ORDER ONLINE
You can use the app to make an order online. First, tap the "Order" tab and you will be taken to a participating restaurant's menu. Make sure to turn on Location Services so we can find the nearest restaurant to you. Browse the menu by selecting a category and viewing item details, where you can make further customizations and add to your order.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE DELIVERY?
We use multiple providers to find you the most efficient delivery option. Delivery charges reflect current availability and may change. Not all stores support delivery at this time.
I'M NOT GETTING PUSH NOTIFICATIONS OR EMAILS WHEN I EARN REWARDS?
Tap "Account Settings" then tap "Notification Preferences" and follow the instructions to configure notifications.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ONLINE ORDER?
You cannot modify or cancel an online order through the app. Please contact the restaurant you ordered from for any adjustments to your order.
HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?
Open the app then tap "Sign Up." Underneath the "Login" buttton tap the "Forgot Password" link. Enter your email address associated with your account and you will receive instructions a in email if a valid email address is found.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ACCOUNT?

HOW DO I SAVE A FAVORITE ORDER?
You are able to save a favorite order from the basket and checkout screens in the app. Simply tap the star icon on the upper right and give a name for your order. Once your order is placed, you cannot go back to add it to your favorites.
